Erie Women's Empowerment supports the economic empowering of women; encouraging diversity, collaboration, career development, and personal growth; fostering a change to the socioeconomic environment of those in our community. 

Our mentorship program will cultivate meaningful connections between experienced career women and early career women, building the skills necessary in high-performing individuals through community engagement, thought-provoking discussion and workshops led by experts in their fields. 

Through community partner collaboration, service opportunities, fundraising, and networking events, we will be providing resources for professional development to area women.
